Few business management firms offer comprehensive tax planning and compliance services where the lead partner, Page Jenkins, was a senior tax partner with a "Big 8" firm for approximately 20 years. Page was the head of the second largest tax department in the firm. While formal education is important, practical experience in sophisticated areas of the tax law is critical. Our focus on tax consulting and investment supervision represents more than 50% of our practice.
Most business management firms start small and, as they grow, eventually seek to be acquired by a large conglomerate, where developing new clients and increasing client fees becomes necessary. However, PJFS is not available for purchase and does not aim to expand our client base through merger or acquisition. We are content with who we are and enjoy being just that!
Clients often dislike employee turnover on their accounts. At PJFS, we value our employee base and treat our personnel fairly and with respect. Because of this commitment, almost all of our employees have been with us for over 25 years, including both professional and administrative personnel.
Page Jenkins was a registered investment advisor for 10 years and currently supervises and oversees the performance of significant portfolios, including a small fund that he manages for a select client group.
Client retention is paramount for Page Jenkins Financial Services. All but one of our business management clients have maintained a relationship with our firm for over 25 years.
We DO NOT charge on an hourly or percentage of income basis. For all areas of our practice, including tax planning, investment supervision, and business management, we operate on a fixed monthly retainer.
